It manages day-to-day logistics, site coordination, and occupant services with the same operational discipline applied across Wilson’s national network. Acting as the on-site management division, it coordinates freight movements, administrative support, packaging supply, and shared equipment access ensuring the complex operates efficiently and professionally under one unified framework. BusinessHub functions as the connective layer between owners, tenants, and external service providers, forming the core of KEYS101’s managed-operation model and paving the way for its future as a standalone Wilson division.
Freight Coordination: Domestic and international dispatch via major carriers (StarTrack, TNT, Border Express, etc.)
Soft Logistics: Vehicle hire, labelling, inventory tracking, and dispatch management
Commercial Facilities: Shared-use equipment (vans, forklifts, pallet jacks, walkie stackers) and seven-day access
Packaging Supply (“Box Shop”): Retail and bulk packaging supplies, available on-site or online
Flexible Agreements: No bond, lease, or outgoings; short- or long-term service terms
Wilson Security
Wilson Security provides the continuous protection backbone of KEYS101. Operating as both the site’s dedicated security contractor and a local base of operations, it integrates physical patrols, electronic monitoring, and rapid-response capability. The system includes CCTV analytics, number-plate recognition, and live monitoring through Wilson’s National Operations Centre ensuring real-time event verification and immediate response to any incident. Its presence underpins the integrity, compliance, and reliability of the entire precinct, safeguarding both common property and private titles within the managed network.

Accredited Storage Operations
Wilson Storage manages the on-site storage component of KEYS101, a 4,800 m² facility comprising 666 individually alarmed storage titles. As Australia’s only fully ISO-certified storage provider across Quality (9001), Environmental (14001), and Safety (45001) standards, Wilson Storage delivers accredited management, transparent agreements, and consistent service quality. Its operational model forms the structural base of KEYS101’s vertical layout, providing secure and flexible storage for residential, commercial, and vehicle use while maintaining round-the-clock oversight through Wilson Security.
